Keeping certain categories from being bumped after new posts?

Hi all. I tried searching for this info, but was unable to find it. Sorry if I missed it.

Anyway, I just installed version 2.0.2. I have added about 15 different categories to the board. What I would like to know is, if somebody starts a new topic, how do I keep that thread from being bumped to the top whenever there is a new post? Also, I only want this feature in maybe 5 of the 15 categories I have added. The others I have no problem having topics bumped to the top after each new post.

Any ideas?

I think what your asking is fixed by making your topic "Sticky"

Complete your topic and then go back to it, looking at the taps below your topic for the tap "set topic sticky"

this allows your topic to always stay at the top  ;)

Thanks for responding, but sticking the topic is not what I have in mind. I want the topic to fall when a new topic is posted in that section; I just don't want it to be bumped to the top whenever someone else makes a new post in that topic.
