Topic: Reply & Quick Reply issue

First time user, and recent user of SMF, and i really like it, working on getting accustom to it, so here's my first question:

I noticed when i reply or quick reply on a thread, it automatically loads me to the forum, and not the thread, can anyone tell me how do i get it to jus load back to the thread that is being posted on.

Hello there, and welcome to SMF!

There are two settings, one for setting the default for the entire forum (per theme actually), if you're admin:
in Admin > Themes and Layout > Member options > Return to topics after posting by default.
and the second, per user: any user can set their own preference for themselves,
in Profile > Look and Layout > Return to topics after posting by default.
