What types of data we can export from Magento from a default installation?

Hoping that you are not just here to promote Magento Ecommerce software by these simple question. Nevertheles, I went up to see what ypes of datas Magento keeps about users; but online demo requires registration, which is a complete nonsense for me; that's why I didn't try anything.

But usually, there is no any one-click way to export everything from one to another. There will be some time required to write a custom code to sync. Theoretically, you are able to export all of the user information that SMF supports. I don't know if there are any other info that can be ported to SMF, like comments as topics about products etc..
