How to create webpage to use the news board?

I have read the news_readme that came with the forum, and is often linked here.  From the search I did I didn't see anything about creating the page itself but only putting in the code.  The code seems simple enough to insert into a page but I do not know how to create the page properly.


The reason I say this is that I am use'n Adobe GoLive 6.0.  It tells me that I need to create a dynamic folder so that the web page knows that it will be using php to get the information.  (as best as I read from the help search it had)  Unfortunately I am haveing great difficulty getting golive to do this.  Is there an easy way to do this?  Better way?  Easier program for this?


I am not good with HTML but understand it enough to edit it.  (most of the time)

Well, just edit it and add the code... you'll need to upload the file as "whatever.php" or "index.php" etc.

You need to write the help for GoLive,  It would save them thousands of wasted words!! 




It didn't tell me to change the file extension.
