Fine tuning last graphical changes - Help !

I'm re-posting in this forum since i didn't get any response in the coding department, maybe it was the wrong forum cat. to Begin with ? :/

Here we go :

OK, Ive managed to get close to done with my theme that is based upon the "squareEra_SMF2" theme.

I use the SMF 2.0.2.

*issue 1*
I need to improve how the button image appears on the nav menu and i have little knowledge on where to improve that coding/layout, some tabs mach good with the menu text, but many is not centered, and some the button image gets cut.

PS: After alot of trying i finally found the solution.

*Issue 2*
I need to add a graphical image to improve the "bar design" on the top right corner of the page, right behind where the "0 messages,0 unread" is. its a picture that is "176x50PX", it needs to overlap the background image and yet stay behind the "0 message,0 unread" message. (The "0message,0unread" appears only when logged in)

*Issue 3*
Really almost the same as issue 2, but i this placed all the way right on the nav menu bar, but it needs to start from the top of where the nav bar starts and maybe go little further down, kinda overlapping the right top corner of the forum body little.

*Issue 4*
I just discovered another issue as well, when i minimize the browser window, it seems the menu buttons that dont fit the screen stacks under the each other, i would love them to lock better in place, at least stay on the same line.
