I don't think this is in the online manual. The only thing about the Moderation Center is a doc i wrote that never got approved. However I'm planning on finished it.

Since α¢αηѕ was already working on this, we're going to let them work on it. This, however, does not mean that nobody else can work on it. :) We're promoting collaboration, here.

Jntg4, if you still want to work on this doc, work with α¢αηѕ in this topic. With two of you working on it, it should be easier to follow all the guidelines. ;)
