Chris Cromer:
Yeah that can be a pretty scary thing... I am very satisfied with the way paypal keeps my info confidiental(I don't want people to know where I live and such when they send me money).

Spaceman-Spiff:
i wonder if you can tell the credit card company to block purchases in other currencies except for the ones you allow

been wondering about this since last month when one of my friends' credit card was used by someone somewhere for a few hundreds Euros
he was in japan that time, and he has never gone to europe nor purchase anything in Euro. so obviosly, someone stole his credit card information
thats why i've been thinking, wouldn't it be neat if you can set your visa/master card to block certain websites/online stores, or only allow some certain ones
for example, I, myself, only use my credit card online in amazon.com and amazon.ca, and a few sites for webhosting. and they're all in American or Canadian $. so wouldn't it be great if I can set my credit card to block sites outside those that I use? or even better if i can also block other currencies

siliconsurge:
I hate sending card information over the internet... feel as if everyone including bill gates can see my passwords :'( !!!

Bouminok:
blah, if you want my money come here and I'll pay you for that stuff...

I suppose I agree with Spiff, it would be nice to block out most currencies, appart from Pound Sterling, Austrailian, Canadian and US Dollars, and just maybe Euros...
