Certainly there are issues for people with disabilities (both visual impairment and motor control deficiencies)

I also find it rather annoying to work with, because it's not particularly obvious exactly what you're supposed to do (as 'clear' as "put the toppings on the pizza" sounds like, when you have four objects and only two of them are supposed to dragged across the area, it's not necessarily that clear) and I suspect there are issues with internationalisation.

And just for fun, the games themselves are hosted on areyouahuman's site, meaning that it has to be available for browsing, so plenty of locked down systems won't allow it (e.g. behind a corporate firewall)
