Latest beta clean install loops

RoRoo:
I enter FTP data. click next
I enter MySQL data. click next
back to step 1
enter correct data.. It loops back to step 1 every single time..

Tried this on several pc's... Several browsers (IE, FF, Opera, Chrome)

No idea on what's going on since there's no error??

Server:
Apache 1.3.39
MySQL 5.0.51a
PHP 5
