Shipping Address with Paid Memberships

We mail stickers to our paid members, but currently paypal does not give us the shipping address for customers. So we have to PM each and every one of them and ask for it. I know there used to be a setting somewhere that was set to false by default. But I can't seem to find it. It is ok right now because we only get a couple of members a week. But when it gets busier it is really a hassle to ask everyone for their address after they pay.

I'm wanting to know how I can get paypal to give me the shipping address of people when they purchase paid memberships.

It's under the no_shipping variable sent to paypal. I just don't know what file SMF uses to send that data to paypal.
