My rantings on SCO.

Technically both are stealing.
It is unfortunate that one group or people (whomever was involved in the intial theft) are causing such a large problem. Being a programmer myself I would expect compensation if someone were to use my copyrighted worked as would all of you. SCO is just doing this completely wrong.

Except.... this is all assuming code WAS stolen.  They've yet to prove that.

Yes - both are stealing... that was my point.  We can't prove linux stole, but WE CAN prove that SCO stole.
