max with and higth of pictures

im having some trouble fixing this i went to features and opcions and went to opcions and put 800 and 800 but i still see the images that are biger in the same size how can i fix that

som pictures are really big and in other pages you got to touch them to see there real size but in my forum you dont got that opcion why?

were can i fond this settings couse i hace it to 1200 of with and 800 of heigth dont know why it says 350

I'm quite sure this will not affect already posted images.  So it will only affect those that are posted from that point onwards.

The size of the image will try to fit the smallest settings.  So if it's not square it will reduce one edge to 800 and the rest will be the appropriate size to maintain aspect ratio.
