I can only access the files on the server, so need solutions there.

I should have been more specific, but right now I just want to get things fixed so we can post again. I'll worry about the upgrade after that.

Good idea on the Help Wanted, Colin. I did not see that area. Is the Cache Directory I file I should be able to find on the server?

Kelly, why can't you log into admin? Is it due to the error or that you don't have access?

Yes, it is located here: /smfdirectory/cache

Yes, Kays. When I try to login to Admin, I get the Session Verification error message.

Colin:
Were you able to successfully locate the cached directory and perform the operations I mentioned above?
