6 Custom buttons / tabs and menu's (upto 4) open in new window

Good morning,

I have just installed mod 6 Custom buttons / tabs and menu's (upto 4) http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2657 and love it to death.  Thanks so much for this great addition John, however I do have one "issue" / question...

Once installed and working, the button will take you to that new page in the same window.  I know I am not saying this clearly...  if you click the button and it is for say cnn.com, it will take you to that website and remove you from the forum.

Is there any way to open that link in a new window?

Well if you use google chrome all you do is right click>open in new tab

However i dont think you can
but with html code you can and i think bbcode
but u cant add html or bbcode in that mod. :p
