Tomorrow I am doing the Liverpool 10k run. Ok its not very far I suppose but I'm more of a pub person and havent really done any training.  ;D

Ack! 10 kilometres! Good luck... I couldn't run one kilometre, let alone 10...  I haven't been to Liverpool in ages though... damn :D
