If that doesn't work, you can always go to phpmyadmin (What is phpMyAdmin?) and then to {db_prefix}bans. Remove your ban (you are looking for an ip ban with your ip) and you're done. :) Make sure to replace {db_prefix} with your database prefix, though.

Thank you. I'm at my library now and unfortunately am getting the same error message in Chrome - guest you've been banned. Hmm...

I just opened up IE and am NOT getting that error. This is very weird. Good, but weird.

Okay, I just disabled registration. Hopefully that will fix my inbox getting clogged. I'm still concerned with the guest error - maybe I should upgrade?
