I normally use port 9999 (SSL!). Loopy seems to drop my connection randomly some of the time. Hopefully the EU server will be back soon

It was never down

Douglas was just getting a Database server up and had to shutdown almost all of the servers.
It is all good though

Got his new Database server going and running fine

No, It means that 1 connection line was left open and people on IRC where warned about it at that moment

Try HydraIRC if you don't want to use mIRC or the online thing. It's what I use and I like it

IRC is uncomparable to some flash chat. It's more advanced and organized. Let alone professional.
