convert my yabbse to smf

I would like to do a clean install of SMF, but I want to import my old yabbse data into SMF... Any converter anyway to do that?

I no nothing of mysql or anything.

Use the upgrade package on the download page. Wipe out any old YaBB SE files (except for Settings.php, any custom images and template.php if you're using a custom template or want to keep the custom template) and then run upgrade.php.
