Has something to do with Chrome.

Works in IE - Fails in Chrome.

Beats me as to why - hopefully helps someone along the way.

Curious, I've installed dozens of installs of SMF via Chrome (it's my main browser), and it's never misbehaved before, I still suspect it was somehow mistyped. I couldn't replicate it with a fresh install of 2.0.2 I performed minutes ago on localhost, certainly.

And again, if it were a bug in the installer, it would have been reported much more frequently than it has been, surely?

Moved to the Install board, so that it may do just that. :)
