Customizing SMF > Theme Site Themes

First when i installed the theme the smf copyright was not visible properly. So i searched all files and i noticed the link "design by abc" doesnt exist in any file. either i cant find or something new in this theme. as im learning to create theme so i wanted to know . please tell.

Well, good work as other day I saw someone using my theme without my credits in footer !

The same was the reason that led us to put encrypted ;)
