Custom Post on Every Thread Wanted

I am pretty sure I've seen this somewhere before, but trying to remember where.  What I want to do is add a custom post (it would be the second post) to every thread added to my forum.  This post would include some donation and sponsor info to remind members how they can support the forum.

I've looked in my ADMIN area, but don't see where I could do this.  I could'a swore I saw it at one time though.

I am running SMF 2.0 at www.aquapuppies.com

Funny, a couple of weeks ago I ran into a mod like this on the mod site. I... I just can't remember what it was called.
