Changing the Look & Feel of the Forums/Posts
serfma:
So for my website, I have installed SMF 2.0 and I love it so far! I'm in the process of tweaking/finishing it up and I wanted to ask if there's a way to change the looks and feel of Topics/Threads. For example; If you look at a Topic/Post you can see the buttons for New Topic/Reply/etc at the top and bottom, and even in the post itself i'd like to change the look and feel of it.
Would I be looking for a Package/Mod? If so, where should I look at? I'm not entirely sure. :P
Antechinus:
Depends what you want to do. You can change a fair bit just with css, if you know css well. For some changes, you'd need to recode the template as well. There aren't really any mods that deal with this sort if thing. Basically, you'll need to know how to code a bit. :)
serfma:
Hmm. Well, if you see as you're reading this, there are Reply/Notify buttons (and more) at the top and below. That's one "big" thing i'm wanting to change.
Arantor:
So that's what you're wanting to change - but what do you want to change it to, exactly?

I was thinking of simply removing the bottom ones, but I guess i'll keep them. lol
Heh, is there a way to change the icons for Quote/Modify/etc? Or is that completely theme dependent?
