SMF Support > YaBB/YaBB SE

Noobie here and am trying to convert from YaBB 2.1 / 2.4 to smf.

To run the SMF converter , SMF has to be located on that server also, so that means the SMF has to be installed on the server that YaBB is currently running on.  Problem is that the old host doesn't have an installation of SMF available on there. Hence the reason I am moving everything to the new host. This might be just too much hassle than it's worth.  :o
