Searching members logs me out

I have used this feature in the last couple of months probably once and had no problems. Today I tried searching members and get so far and am told I'm

Admin>>members>search for members>> put the name in and click search gives me login screen. I am not really logged out because I can click home and I'm still logged in...is that something obvious (not setting cookie) to anybody? I have not done any modifications in a very loooong time. The only thing is I get attacks all the time.
I can do everything in admin, go whereever I want.

v1.1.11 had bugs. There've been quite a few updates, since then, and this might just be one of the fixes.

I suspect you'll be sick of reading this... But, you really, really, really ought to upgrade to version 1.1.16, at least.

I won't try to badger you into moving on to v2, coz I prefer the v1 branch, myself. ;)

Can I go from 1.1.11 to 1.1.16? Without doing all in between? I do edits manually.

Edit* geeze doesn't matter..looked at 1.1.16 upgrade package...that is not going to happen
