When To Take Ads

Mr. Peanut:
I have created a forum site that I am trying to grow.

I have avoided putting any ads on my site (would likely make $0.00 anyways) is there an advantage to waiting until I break-out of my slump and then pursue advertisers or should I begin now, just as some of the people in the blog world seem to do?

some ads help get ur forum noticed.
where as others are a pain and don't help
ppl tend not to like ads but if you can place ones which appeal to ur members it works
