this is "Mod requests" forum. here people ask the community to create mods that add functionality to the core forum system
as this functionality is already built in, you are asking in wrong place

Try Treasury 2.10 here http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=916

just make a group called "Donator" in SMF membergroups and tell Treasury to add member / user to group on Donation
