I am using IE 8, I am attaching screenshot what I am getting in the reply area.  I have no options, no codes, smileys.  It works on firefox and I seem to be the only one having the problem.  Everything has been cleaned out.  I have no clue what my problem is. I do not know how ro change any codes, but since it is just me, and I am the owner.  My popups are off.

Try emptying the forum's cache, in Forum Maintenance.
