[Bug] Jump Box Wrong Order For Child Board

If you look in the jump box you will see HTML/CSS under chit chat when it should be under php scripting help.

It relies on the boardorder.  You should put them in the right order, including children.

It should be fast.  That would probably require more queries and surely make it slower...
