searching for "newst action" mod to index page

i'm looking for a mod, that in a little announcement bar can tell what was the last thing happend on the forum. example: (user) add'ed 6 pictures to his gallery. another example: (user) commented: Haha yes! to his own picture.

and so on..
is it possible to find such a mod?  :o it should be visible on the index page of the forum, like in the top or something.

I'm going to move this to the Mod Requests board as it isn't available as a mod at yet but you will get a better chance of someone taking up the job in the Mod Requests board.
