What? Have you tried using that tool, as in it you just have to put the query you want to search and show it the path of your SMF folder, it will search for the text string in all files for you. Like
?action=admin;area=viewmembers;sa=all
is found twice in ManageMembers.php

I used it but it doesn't give me any line numbers.
My ManageMember template has only 2 functions (same as default)
I am pretty sure that that that page does not have a function anywhere. How do i add it to the template file?
