Don't be ashamed, if I still had access to most of my old code I wouldn't mind sharing most of it. Sometimes it surprises me with code I written a few years back. Sometimes your young self can re-teach your older self some things.

No lolz, why would I? If your virus scanner is reporting it as a false positive (as mine did) just ignore that.
My behavior back in the days was horrible, to say the least.
