You are calling two style sheets for your forum.

http://www.affordable-web-hosting-4u.com/wp-content/themes/oscandy_copyblogger/copyblogger1/style.css

Be sure you are updating the correct one, and/or the other one isn't overriding the correct one.  Also your browser may cache the file, try a hard reset ctrl+F5
