[NEW] Title: Are You Really Helping?

Hi B.

Just wanted to ask if I could make a doc talking about what kind of responses are needed on this forum.
Many of my thread's responses from other forum members didn't help me at all. Actually, they did quite the contrary! They made me angry with my responders, confused about what I should do next, and helpless.

I feel that after I write this, that Global Moderators of this forum should at least ATTEMPT to look for this. Hell! Make me a global moderator and I'll make sure of it myself! (please??  :-\)

The Doc Helpers group does not exist to address anything other than the Online Manual's documentation of the SMF software. Doc Helpers document the software, not people and not procedures on this forum. If you do not want to help us do that, please feel free to let us know, and we will remove you from the group.
