Modify Boards is located in the boards section of the "forum" category in the Administration Center. This is where the options to modify, move and add the forum boards are located.

Permissions
To change a board's permissions, simply select "Permissions" on the right hand side of the board's title. Then select, "Modify" next to the member group of the permissions that needs to be changed.

Adding a Board
New boards can be added by going to the bottom of the category, where the board should be found and selecting "Add Board". Upon creating a new board, it will be found and listed under its corresponding category.

Moving a Board
To move a board, simply click on "Move", found right after "Permissions" on the right hand side of the title of the board. Select the "" icon under another listed board to move the prementioned board under the aformentioned one. Also, select the "" icon to make this board a child of this board the icon was beneath.

Modify a Board
To modify a board, select "modify" located right after "move". Change the settings, description and the title of the board after "modify".

How bout this:
