Error when removing posts.

ROGUE-Master:
Every other time when I delete a post I get this message:

Database Error: Duplicate entry '2969-333' for key 1
File: /home/virtual/site20/fst/var/www/html/yabbse/Sources/RemoveTopic.php
Line: 404

I have the recycle bin enabled and it seemed to have started since I turned it on.

I have latest PHP and mysql and I upgraded from yabbse 1.5.5 if you need to know that
