Possibility of changing the position of recent post?

This is a feature I have long wished i could have "normally I wouldn't have any problem removing the recent post" but if i do my mobile users will suffer luckily I found  this forum where there is a left menu so to me that is not being far from perfect. After little google search I figured i can add more function even java script on the left menu using this code

Now this is where my i need help how can I replace the recent post (prevent it from displaying at the usual position) from it's usual position and what do I add here

Sorry your post is not clear, I'm not sure if you are using the Adk Cool Black theme or just want that extra functionality on your own forum ?

If you are using the Adk Cool Black theme then you really need to ask the theme's author.

the theme author couldn't provide support from the initial thread where this was asked I have already applied the theme with some nice stuff just need help with here
