And also install ad management mod.

Tell me how to place php mobilr ad code in my forum through ad management mod.

You'll be better off asking the author of the ad management mod in the mod's support topic. However, once the mod is installed you should be able to just go into the admin panel, go to the Ad Management area (wherever the mod places that) and add a new ad there. But again, you're better of asking the creator of the mod.
