New fields in the profile

Hi, I want to add new fields to the profile (I've read [Unknown]'s guide).

Is it possible to add a link in the box on the left to a whole new profile-page? E.g.: a link "School" on the left, and all the information about  your studies, year, ... etc. on the right (on a blank page)

I've tried to do it, but I got lost in those scripts :-[

Currently.... it's not very easy to do that.  And, it's changed markedly in RC2, so you might want to hold off until then.....

$context['member']['options']['text_newfield']  doesn't exist...
