Just one question, why is there no link to the 'Wedge Fork' ?

Because they have yet to define their license.  This is an issue being discussed internally at this time (The answer would be the same for any fork that doesn't embrace an open source style license, btw, and not specifically targeted at a single entity)

Wrong. They decided quite a few months ago.

As far as Wedge has announced publicly, their license is TBD on release. If that changes, I'm sure the Wedge crew will let it be known loud and proud.
