How to get to domain manager in SMF 2.0.1?

I have a forum that is version of SMF 2.0.1, But I searched anywhere and there is not Domain Manager to put other Domain. I have to download somthing?

Can you explain me how to change the domain via host or something?

Example. marsigne.vacau.com to marsigne.tk. But I can't find the domain manager to change the domain.
