Grab a knife out of it's sheath, release the dogs, grab the bat from next to the door, start swinging and scream for someone to call the coroner to pick up/scrape up the corpse.

PS: this is assuming that they had the courage to drive up my 1/4 mile long driveway and knock on my kitchen door (not the living room or dining room) and that I didn't catch them before they even got to the door (like I normally do)
