how did you find SMF?

long, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away...
i was looking for free community software, and finally found YaBB (perl edition). used that for a year, then saw a link from Boardmod to YaBB SE php/mysql version. Went there, tried it, liked it..stayed on. then they posted the change to SMF there, and that's how this forum came to my attention.
