Merge General Feedback Forum to one forum

Merge the 2 General Feedback Forums (General Feedback & General Discussion and Feedback) to one forum "General Feedback" under SMF Support.

Like in YabbSE Forum.

I can't really see any difference to both forums. So I think it makes sense to merge them.

I believe one's for general feedback on the site, and the other;s supposed to b for general feedback on the forum but I may be wrong  :-*

Both forums are related to the forumsoftware

It is mainly since we are running the software in a testing state on this site.  Once we get a final release, or at least a public beta, the descriptions will change.
