Upload function missing under packages

After upgrading to SMF 2.0.4 from 1.1.6 today, I was so delighted with the excellent upgrade option. but when I logged onto admin panel I could not see an upload funtion call on package section, result, I am unable to add any mods or packages.

I did change to SMF 2.0.4 skin Clan-war, and I am unable to remove their logo as well, can somebody help in this aspect pls.

Well I would try and see if it appears when your using the default theme. Go into your profile>>look And layout and select one of the default themes. If it appears in the defualt theme then you know its a problem with that theme.

Thanks for your quick reply, I did try the old one but there was no difference, I tried two other 2.0.4 beta themes and there was no use.

Yes my browser is supported, I use Opera 9.51.
