We get 40-50 down and 35 up.

CoreISP:
120Mbit, symetric fiber.

Switched from 120 / 10 Mbit/s to 50 / 2.5 Mbit/s two weeks ago.
ISP had difficulty delivering the speed in the evening en weekend. I won't pay for something I don't get so I downgraded..

I have:
 - download 50Mbit/s
 - upload 5Mbit/s

Before that I had:
 - download 512 kbit/s
 - upload 32 kbit/s (later ISP upgraded to 128 kbit/s) :D

So change was big :) It was nice at the beginning, but now, after 3 years... I use maybe half of it, and most of my transfer takes YouTube movies HD :)
