What are the usernames on the SMF Upgrade page?

I am upgrading from 1.1.5 to 2.0.2. It has been a complicated effort as I changed web hotel at the same time.

This question may sound trivial but I am confused about usernames in the following upgrade page:




What are those usernames actually that are marked as red?
Should both of them be given? If yes, which button (Connect or Continue) I should click?

There are at least these users that I know:

Database user
SMF forum admin
Control panel user
Web hotel customer user

Arantor:
The first username/password are the FTP username and password (which should be the same as your control panel details)

The second pair is your forum admin details.

As you can see from my picture, I had scrolled downwards to see the Admin Login section. That is why title "Your FTP connection information" was hidden!

I continue my fight...
My case is not yet closed although this problem was solved.  :(
