Actually I can think of several that do - but in this case it's because queries are not permitted in themes available on this site, and queries are required to get the avatars.

Damn, you may need the "LGF" mod installed. Do you have it installed. I forgot all about this earlier.

Honestly, I don't know. I installed this theme through Bluehost.com where I am hosted.

The LGF mod as far as I know is needed by a couple of their themes to get things working right. It is available on their site for download....maybe here to but I do not know.
