OK i've found it,

Its in the the theme your using defaults directory  ;)

Just in case anyone else wondered where it was  ;)

I tried, but it was not showing up in the installed mods or anywhere, The language was spanish, with english not being installed it was a nightmare to remove, I looked on the mods support and the owner of the mod hasn't been actice for quite a while, I finally found the Post.template.php and just replaced it with the presaved one.

Might just report that mod, so no one else goes through the same issue

You really should leave English installed in the forum, bad things can happen if not.
