Page timeout when running database

Hello, I am attempting to test my complete forum upgrade that is currently YaBBSE 1.5.5 to Simple Machines. I uploaded a brand new copy of YaBBSE to a new directory, and then dumped my database on my site forum. I renamed the database yse155 and then attempt to run the install package in the new directory. Internet Explorer stop responding though when I attempt to run the database from my live forum because it is so big, I am assuming (50 MB). What way can I execute this sql file? I have also already tried running the file through PHPadmin, but it times out. Thanks!
