Undefined Index Error

So i searched around trying to find out how to solve this error but it seems more than a couple have this issue.
I keep getting error's from Guests and Users alike for searching, here is the errors:

I feel that is because you have moved the search button from the top level to a sub-menu...but I'm not sure.

You think? Should i try to move it back and see if it produces the same error?
